We want you to be confident in Veritas. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Veritas purchases. You can request a refund in either of two ways:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
  • Email us at support@veritas.app and we'll submit the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal or from the dashboard. After cancellation you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period — no further charges will be made.

Outside the 30-day window

Refund requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will consider extenuating circumstances such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or extended service outages.
